High-precision technology
Technical Features: moulding chamber is made of 94 copper, the working part of the stamping die is made from brass 94. Baseboard of mould is made of LC9 alloy duralumin, it reduce the weight of moulds. It will be easier to assemble and disassemble the moulds. Hard aluminum alloy LC9 is for base plate of the stamping die, in order to reduce weight of the die and thus to make it easy to assemble and disassemble the die set.
Moulding coasting is made from high technology material. It will make the moulding chamber more wear-resistant, more durable and the soap will not stick on the moulds. There is a high tech coasting on the die working surface to make the die more durable, abrasion-proof and to prevent soap from sticking on the die surface.
